Michelle is a certified Pilates instructor in both mat classes and
Pilates equipment. She views Pilates as a whole body-mind connection
that enables physical and emotional well being.

Tai Chi has taught
John more about his mind, body & spirit then he had ever hoped for. The
ability to center & focus your self in one direction to any end is a
culmination of self. Health, strength, flexibility, speed, peace &
wellbeing are all effects of this internal connection.
Alanna Estes.
Alanna is a certified Natural Yoga instructor, as well as a certified
YogaFit instructor. She wants to bring yoga into the lives of all
people. Her teaching includes some philosophy about the elements and the
koshas in order to bring students deeper into their practice.
Kim Leach.
Yoga has enriched
Kim’s life, and she wants to share through her teaching the many gifts
of Yoga. She believes Yoga is about the breath, the “life force”, the
movement and to be in the present while on the mat.
Linda Sue Shirkey.
Linda
Sue has studied Yoga with a variety of teachers for over 20 years. She
received her Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification from TotalYoga in
Ahmedabad, India. Her primary interest is in bringing the spirituality
of Yoga into everyday life. She is one of the founding partners of Sina.
